Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your EVEREVE purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns are simple and can be processed through our online portal or at any of our retail locations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid UPS return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
